Mikaila joined Blake Bush Family Eye Care in the spring of 2022. As office manager, her job duties include helping patients with anything they might need and making sure the office and staff are fully equipped! Mikaila enjoys taking on new challenges and enhancing her optical knowledge. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients and trying to make each one feel important.

In her free time, Mikaila enjoys spending time with her husband, Tanner, and going on adventures with her dogs, Daisy and Turbo. She also values the time spent with her family and friends.

Sagrario joined the Blake Bush Eye Care Team in September 2022 where serves as an optometric technician for Dr. Bush and Dr. Ybarra. Her job duties include patient care and preliminary testing for patients, both of which she enjoys. Her favorite part of patient care is translating medical concerns between patients and doctor more efficiently and effectively. 

Outside of work, Sagrario likes going to concerts, playing soccer, listening to music, and hiking.

Emily joined Blake Bush Family Eye Care in December of 2023. Emily was born and raised locally in Lone Grove, OK. With Emily’s 3 years of customer service, she aims to provide the best care to each patient with a smile on her face. Emily’s favorite parts of her daily tasks are patient follow-ups, testing, verifying lenses, and maintaining optometry equipment.

In Emily’s free time, she enjoys watching Netflix, playing with her dog, Paris, and of course shopping. 

Kassidy joined the team in the spring of 2024. As an optician, you can find Kassidy helping patients with scheduling appointments, frame styling, checking in and out, and much more. Getting to know patients and helping them find their perfect frame is her favorite part of the job.

Outside of work, Kassidy enjoys hanging out with her dog Archie and spending quality time with her family. She also loves going on fun weekend trips with her friends to the city!

 

Shaylea joined the Blake Bush Family Eye Care team in July of 2025. She brings her extensive background in customer service to provide exceptional patient care as our front desk receptionist and optician. Day to day you can find Shaylea verifying insurance benefits, assisting with check-in, and helping patients find the perfect frame. Her favorite part of the job is working with her fellow team members and creating a welcoming environment for our patients.

Shaylea's hobbies include photography, hunting, and riding side by sides. Her favorite thing to do when she is not at work is to spend time with her daughter.

Carly joined the Blake Bush Family Eye Care team in March of 2025. As our Med Spa technician, Carly utilizes cutting edge technology to provide patients with relief to dry eye and to target problem areas with the skin such as rosacea, acne, dark spots, and more . With ten years of experience working in optometry and ophthalmology, she utilizes her wealth of knowledge to provide exceptional care to all patients. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients and ensuring they feel fully educated on all their eye care needs.

Carly enjoys spending her free time working out, attending sporting events, DIYing nails, and spending time with her three kiddos most of all.
